Teresa (TJ) Farler has over 40 years of experience in public education. She has served as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and a High School Principal.  Prior to her administrative roles, Dr. Farler taught English, English as a Second Language, and gifted and talented students. She was also a Middle School Program Coordinator at the Texas Education Agency.

Dr. Farler frames her courses by sparking students' intellectual curiosity and creating a personalized learning approach for each student.
