SERVICE 

Service is essential to organizations in order to meet the needs of the students and the learning community. The strength of a learning organization relies on the commitment of the leaders within. Currently, I serve as the Co-Coordinator for the Doctoral program, Coordinator for the Superintendent program, and the Executive Director for the School Leadership Alliance Advisory Council. At the university level, I serve as a member of the. Doctoral Coordinators committee through the Graduate School and as a member of the University Hearing Board.

In addition, I serve as the Chair for nine doctoral students and the curriculum advisor for 21 students in the Superintendent program and doctoral program. I have also served as the principal certification coordinator.
